Even though every piece is made to order — which means returns do cost us — we still accept them.

We'd rather take the hit than pressure anyone into keeping something that doesn't feel right.

Request a return within 3 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition, and we'll sort it out.

Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos if applicable.

We'll guide you through the process personally.

Refund
timelines.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive the returned item and complete our checks.

Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it — that part is out of our hands.

Returns may not
be accepted if:

  1. the product has been used
  2. altered in any way
  3. returned without original packaging
